CallStash extends the short-term call recording capabilities currently integrated in the IPCortex Hosted Suite platform, by providing long term storage in a separate, secure archive away from the PBX where the call was recorded. CallStash will help organisations more easily align with data retention, security and privacy policies they may have in place in order to comply with GDPR for example, by recording critical information such as proving verbal orders were placed or that legal terms were relayed during a call.

Calls can be easily tagged and retrieved quickly by searching time, contact phone number, or other custom tags as needed. Unlike some legacy call recording solutions, tagging call recording in CallStash can help classify when certain types of call data can and should be removed entirely, and by quick retrieval so the recording can be deleted when it is no longer needed.

Better classification, fast access and retrieval from a long term database of call recordings can also drive business value and significantly improve customer service.
