We would like to introduce you to our new Head of Channel Sales Guy Tipton. Guy will be overviewing all partners relations, utilising his years of experience in the industry to deliver partners a better IPCortex experience.

What will you be focussing on in the coming months?
My focus is to make sure that we have the sales infrastructure in place to support channel partners which will help them win more market share within their given verticals. I will ensure we actively receive feedback from our channel partners and build mutual beneficial go to market plans in conjunction with them. We will continue to develop exciting propositions that will help us to maintain strong, consistent growth.
Tell us about your previous experience
I have witnessed phenomenal changes within the Telecommunications market place, I started out in the industry with BT in the mid-eighties when the only provider in the UK was BT, I started my Telecoms journey as an engineer and saw first hand the technical changes from Strowger through to SystemX TDM exchanges, I saw the growth of the internet from the early days of dial up to the high speed fibre networks we have today, therefore technically this gave me a sound background and allows me to understand and adapt my sales strategy.
My career has taken me from Cable and Wireless, onto Vodafone and latterly working NFON UK whereby I headed up the Sales Channel looking after the UK’s partner community, I am well versed with the needs of the channel and always look to ensure we are delivering on our promises.
