Aerial Direct, today announces the acquisition of communications software developer, IPCortex, to enhance its opportunities and offering in the unified communication market. Aerial Direct has acquired all IPCortex assets, personnel, and customer contracts, and the business will now operate under the Aerial Direct Group. Aerial Direct’s Glyn Thomas will join IPCortex as Managing Director, but there will be no other operational changes at this time. The terms of the deal have not been publicly disclosed.
