The IPCortex Contact Centre Wallboard makes it possible for any organisation using IPCortex Communications platforms to add powerful wall boarding capability to their installation with setup as simple as logging in via a web browser. The Wallboard is available to IPCortex customers via our partners and can be added to any existing or new installation.
Wallboarding is now available for everyone!
The IPCortex wallboard is completely browser based. Simply login in to the service from any supported browser that has network access to the PBX (no public Internet access required) with a PBX username that has the required rights to view the call queues and the wallboard is up and running.
Additionally, you may choose to use a small dedicated computer such as a Raspberry Pi connected to monitor and set to launch a browser at boot for a more permanent, yet low cost install.
Select a call queue set up on your PBX and start to create a custom wall board specific for that queue. Create as many boards as you have call queues.
Where the data displayed in the tile makes it appropriate, configure Green, Amber and Red conditions and have these displayed to the team for a quick visual indication of current status.
Where the tile data makes it appropriate, choose to display key data graphically rather than just numerically for even greater clarity.
Using a grid based approach, up to 12 “tiles” of information can be displayed at any one time in a a 1x1, 2x2, 3x2 or 4x3 configuration. Choose the layout that focuses on just the key metrics important for your team, without confusing things with additional data not needed.
There are 17 different tile types from which to select.
Elect to show the optional side panel and you add the ability to see specific current behaviours of your call handlers. This could be for example a “league table” of top call handlers, current status of individual agents and a number of other options. Chevrons next to agent’s names show their relative position over time as they rise or fall through the rankings.
Choose to enable the top bar information panel and you have the ability to display messages to the team via either a JSON or RSS feed. Us it to link to CRM data being created, to display the latest news, weather and travel, or any other messages or data pertinent to your call handling team.
