Introduction

The IPCortex Contact Centre Wallboard makes it possible for any organisation using IPCortex Communications platforms to add powerful wall boarding capability to their installation with setup as simple as logging in via a web browser. The Wallboard is available to IPCortex customers via our partners and can be added to any existing or new installation.

Wallboarding is now available for everyone!

Simple Installation

The IPCortex wallboard is completely browser based. Simply login in to the service from any supported browser that has network access to the PBX (no public Internet access required) with a PBX username that has the required rights to view the call queues and the wallboard is up and running.


Additionally, you may choose to use a small dedicated computer such as a Raspberry Pi connected to monitor and set to launch a browser at boot for a more permanent, yet low cost install.
