Bletchley, Milton Keynes 24th July 2009 new VoIPCortex product allows resellers to deliver increased functionality while maintaining low total cost of ownership

ipcortex, manufacturer of the VoIPCortex IP PBX is set to greatly increase their value proposition to resellers with the launch of their new Open Communications Manager. The OCM allows users of the VoIPCortex IP PBX to seamlessly extend call management functionality to the desktop, making office communications more streamlined, flexible, and above all, simple. Boasting an enhanced control system based on drag and drop functionality with full visibility of call activity - including real time system wide monitoring and personal call histories the OCM is openly accessible from any web browser with no software install required.

ipcortex Director Rob Pickering commented, At ipcortex were very focused on delivering outstanding value to our customers, and as such were going to be including the Open Communications Manager with every model in the VoIPCortex range at no extra cost. With the OCM, smart resellers have even more opportunity to leverage open, scalable, accessible and feature laden communications in order to differentiate themselves and add margin.

Were going to be showcasing the OCM at Convergence Summit South in October with live demonstrations that illustrate just how it adds value to existing VoIPCortex functionality and showing why, every week, more and more resellers are incorporating VoIPCortex products into their portfolio.
